Where to begin reservation process?
- To book a reservation, you first open the Rooms and Conference Hall tab, there you'll be able to view details and price of various rooms and conference halls.
- To book a room, you need to specify checkin date, checkout date and accomodation type to check for its availability. the result will give you room name, image, description, number of person(s) and its price. Click on Book Now to add room in your cart. After verifying details in your cart, click on Continue Booking to be redirected to login page.
- If you don't have account click on Register and fill all the fields correctly to create an account by accepting the terms and conditions. Finally, you nees to click on Submit Booking to finish your reservation process.
How can I track my reservation status?
- To view your booking details and status, click on My Account, from the drop down menu, click on Bookings and you should be able to view the bookings.
- Once your reservation has been approved, a message will be sent to your account inbox, click on the message to view its details then click on print to print the confirmation receipt with your confirmation code or save it as PDF. You'll present this receipt during your checkin date.
How do I make payment for my reservation
- Payment for the room will be done during checkin date either through Mpesa or Bank Cheque. Also this is when you'll be allocated to a specific room number.
How do I edit my profile details?
- Click on My Account the click on profile option from the drop down menu. Here you will be able to update your profile details then click on save.
How can I change my password
- To change your current password, click on My Account then select change password from the drop down option, fill all the details correctly and click on save.
